How to Adjust a Top Hung uPVC Window

Step 1
First, you will need to open up your window till you can see and access your windows hinges.

Step 2
Then you will need to locate the friction screw on your hinge.

Step 3
Once located with your screwdriver tighten the friction hinge very slightly. Make sure to do the same amount of adjustment on the opposite hinge – it doesn’t have to be exact.

Begin to test the adjustment by pushing the window out and in.
